Offline-first Android habit tracking

Discipline without noise.

NOIR is a quiet system for intentional living. No ads. No tracking. Just a private place to return to yourself.

private beta atmosphere onlinediscipline / consistency / reflection

Built for reflection, not addiction.

A slower interface for habits that deserve to become part of you.

Product philosophy

A quieter relationship with technology.

NOIR is not a productivity-maxxing platform. It does not chase engagement, streak anxiety, or performative optimization.

It is a premium offline-first habit tracker shaped like a late-night ritual: private, calm, and deliberate.

The product is handcrafted around discipline, consistency, self-reflection, and digital minimalism.

Private notes

Quiet answers.

Small notes on privacy, money, sync, and why NOIR refuses the usual productivity machinery.

Why offline-first?

Because discipline should not depend on a server being available. NOIR is designed to feel private, immediate, and close to the device in your hand.

Will NOIR stay free?

Yes. NOIR will always remain free. Donations are optional and simply help sustain experiments, design iterations, and long nights building quietly.

Is there cloud sync?

Not by default. NOIR begins from a quieter assumption: your habits do not need to become cloud activity unless there is a deeply respectful reason.

Why no ads or tracking?

Because the app exists to reduce noise, not measure your attention. There are no ads, no tracking, and no investors asking for either.

Why is NOIR different from productivity apps?

Most productivity tools try to increase usage. NOIR tries to make the moment of return feel calm enough that you can leave again.

Is the app open-source?

Not at the moment. The project is still being shaped slowly, and the priority is making the experience feel coherent, private, and durable.

How are donations used?

They support design iterations, test devices, quiet infrastructure, and the time required to keep NOIR independent.
